Club Unique

The Unique Hotels loyalty program Club Unique is directed to the client using the services provided by our hotels. The more stays, the better benefits.

The loyalty program offers discounts on accommodation, restaurants and spas, added by monthly special offers in hotels.

You can join the loyalty program at each Unique Hotels hotel reception or website. The levels Club Unique Silver and Club Unique Gold can be reached after a certain number of nights stayed at Unique Hotels hotels. The higher the level, the more advantages you can enjoy.

The Club Unique is a three-level loyalty program:

I level Club Unique

II level Club Unique Silver (15 – 44)

III level Club Unique Gold (45+ nights)

I LEVEL – CLUB UNIQUE

Club Unique card application can be completed in all the hotels of Unique Hotels or via the internet (www.uhotelsgroup.com)

Club Unique basic benefits:

  • 50% discount on daily rate of hotel room, if room is requested after midnight on the day of arrival. (valid only without prior reservation)
  • 10% discount on food and drinks (exc. special offers, daily menu and happy hours)  
  • 10% discount on spa treatments
  • Hotel based special offers

II LEVEL CLUB UNIQUE SILVER

Silver level is earned by spending 15 nights in one of the hotels of Unique Hotels within 12 months.

Club Unique Silver level benefits:

  • 5% discount on daily rates of hotel rooms (exc. special offers and packages)
  • 50% discount on daily rate of hotel room, if room is requested after midnight on the day of arrival. (valid only without prior reservation)*
  • 10% discount on food and drinks (exc. special offers, daily menu and happy hours) 
  • 10% discount on spa treatments
  • Welcome drink upon arrival
  • Complimentary upgrade*

III LEVEL CLUB UNIQUE GOLD

Gold  level is earned by spending 45 nights in the hotels of Unique Hotels within 12 months.

Club Unique Gold level benefits:

  • 10% discount on daily rates of hotel rooms (exc. special offers and packages)
  • 50% discount on daily rate of hotel room, if room is requested after midnight on the day of arrival. (valid only without prior reservation)*

The terms of the loyalty program Club Unique:

  • A loyalty program card holder must be at least 18 years old and have a permanent residence.
  • To obtain benefits, the customer card must be presented to the servicer before the purchase.
  • The Club Unique customer card is personal and it may not be given to third parties for use. The Club Unique card may be used by the cardholder only. The servicer has the right to check the identity document of the presenter of the customer card.
  • In case of the loss of the customer card or the change of contact information, Unique Hotels should be immediately notified in writing.
  • The levels and their definition. The Club Unique has three card levels (Club Unique, Club Unique Silver and Club Unique Gold). Customer cards of different levels entitle different benefits. The level of the loyal customer is determined by the number of accommodated nights in 12 consecutive months.
  • Club Unique loyalty program joining fee is 5 EUR
  • A client may get the Club Unique card by filling a form in one of the reception of Unique Hotels,  at Unique Hotels website www.uhotelsgroup.com.
  • The Club Unique card may be obtained free of charge by a client who has stayed 3 nights at the same Unique Hotels hotel within 12 months.
  • The Club Unique Silver level is achieved by a client who has stayed 15 nights at Unique Hotels hotels within 12 months.
  • The Club Unique Gold level is achieved by a client who has stayed 45 nights at Unique Hotels hotels within 12 months.
  • When the Club Unique, Club Unique Silver or Club Unique Gold level expires, the new card level is determined by Unique Hotels according to the number of nights collected during the last 12 months.
  • Only one room for one night can be entered on the Club Unique card account.
  • By applying for the status of Club Unique loyal customer, the customer confirms his/her agreement with the rules of the loyalty program.
  • In order that the customer can use the assigned advantages and the Unique Hotels can fulfill its commitment to the customer, the loyalty program members give their permission to pass them information on the Club Unique program to their e-mail address, home address or mobile device.
  • By submitting personal information with the loyalty program, the customer authorizes Club Unique, in his/her application to join, to process his/her personal data and collect information on stays and purchases for the program.
  • The Unique Hotels does not transmit personal information to third parties, except when the obligation to transmit data follows directly from the Estonian national legislation.
  • Nights are collected on the Club Unique card account from the date of joining the loyalty program.
  • The Unique Hotels has the right to change the terms of the Club Unique program without notice, except the terms of personal data protection. 
  • The Unique Hotels has the right to cancel and confiscate the customer card from a customer who has:
  • - allowed a third person to use his/her card;
  • - provided false information on the application form or
  • - disturbed other customers.
