Unique Hotels wants to offer its guests breakfast made only from the best and freshest ingredients to guarantee a positive start to the day. As a result, we have created a rich breakfast buffet menu, where everyone can find something lovely.
COLD BUFFET
If you want to enjoy a lighter breakfast, you will find everything from the cold selection to make a nice sandwich, for example. There is no shortage of cheese, ham, fresh vegetables, mushrooms and fish. Of course, juicy fruits, yoghurt, cottage cheese, muesli and various breads and croissants are also available to enjoy.
HOT BUFFET
From the hot buffet selection you will find dishes such as porridge, pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, various vegetables, sausages, beans in tomato sauce and much more.
DESSERTS
Sweet toots will definitely be satisfied with our breakfast. We offer a variety of sweets from fresh pastries and cakes to cookies that are perfect with coffee or tea.
DRINKS
In the morning, our guests can enjoy hot coffee or tea – the coffee machines can make a latte, cappuccino or black coffee. Cocoa is also available for children and sweet drink lovers. We also offer a variety of juices, a wide selection of teas and freshly made smoothies according based on the season.
SPECIAL DIETS
Lactose-free milks and gluten-free crackers are available for breakfast. We have also thought of vegetarians. Ask our restaurant staff for more information regarding allergens and special diet foods.
SERVICE
We want to offer our guests an enjoyable breakfast experience so their day can start right. Our bright-eyed team is always there to help during breakfast, feel free to ask more about allergens and food. In some hotels, our chefs can also prepare fresh fried eggs on request.
We also offer breakfast as a takeaway and the possibility to order breakfast in the hotel room.
